Sacramento Innovative Legal Services, Inc. offers training programs and seminars both in person or virtually, for any size business or government organization. We aim to change the way people approach job satisfaction, longevity, and customer service by incorporating awareness to how primary and secondary trauma effect organizations, employees, and consumers.
A Few Words About
Our Team
Christina Milburn and Ellie Duncan head up SILS. They are trained courtroom attorneys, specializing in child welfare. Both have spent the past 12+ years advancing the best interest of their clients, the children, in courtroom proceedings and supervising and training attorneys in their field. Tina and Ellie are both certified Child Welfare Specialists by the National Association of Counsel for Children. Additionally, both Tina and Ellie are trained in teaching mindfulness, compassion fatigue and trauma informed care. In addition to this, Tina and Ellie are enthusiastic and fun teachers who enjoy teaching their craft.
