Empathic Strain and the Road to Addiction

This training session aims to explore the complex relationship between empathic strain and addiction. Participants will gain an understanding of how empathy overload, emotional exhaustion, and unaddressed emotional pain can contribute to the development of addictive behaviors. It will also offer insights into how addiction can be viewed through the lens of emotional vulnerability, providing professionals with tools to identify and address the root causes of addiction in a more holistic and compassionate manner.
